Ξαφνικό δάκρυσμα και τσούξιμο ματιών χωρίς καλλυντικά - ξηροφθαλμία;

Εδώ και τρία χρόνια ξαφνικά τα μάτια μου δακρύζουν και έχουν έντονο τσούξιμο ξαφνικά μέσα στην ημέρα. Νόμιζα ότι φταίνε τα καλλυντικά αλλά συμβαίνει και όταν δεν έχω βάλει κάτι στο πρόσωπο μου.Μηπως είναι ξηροφθαλμία;
