Oλοκλήρωσε πενταετή εκπαίδευση Ψυχοθεραπευτή στο Θεραπευτικό και Εκπαιδευτικό Ινστιτούτο Υπαρξιακής Συστημικής Κατεύθυνσης «Αντίστιξη».Το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο σπουδών είναι διαπιστευμένο από την Εθνική Εταιρεία Ψυχοθεραπείας Ελλάδος (ΕΕΨΕ) και την Ευρωπαϊκή Εταιρεία Ψυχοθεραπείας.


Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο στη Γλυφάδα, εργάζεται ψυχοθεραπευτικά με ενήλικες, ζευγάρια, εφήβους και οικογένειες. Επίσης παρέχει υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής γονέων καθοδηγώντας τους στο να αποκτήσουν ένα αποτελεσματικότερο και ουσιαστικότερο γονεϊκό ρόλο.
