Είναι κάτοχος Certificate στις συμβουλευτικές δεξιότητες και Διπλώματος στη Συμβουλευτική (Counselling) και στο Mindfulness Coaching, με ειδίκευση και μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στο Συνθετικό Μοντέλο Ψυχοθεραπείας (M.Sc. in Integrative Psychotherapy). Έχει, επίσης, ολοκληρώσει εξειδικευμένες επιμορφώσεις στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών στην “Κλινική Ψυχολογία Παιδιού και Εφήβου” και στη "Συμβουλευτική και Θεραπεία Ζεύγους και Οικογένειας". Είναι ενεργό μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Συμβουλευτικής (Ε.Ε.Σ.) και της European Association for Counseling (E.A.C.). Έχοντας πάντα ως στόχο την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση και υποστήριξη των θεραπευόμενων, συνεχίζει να εκπαιδεύεται και να εμπλουτίζει τις γνώσεις της στο αντικείμενο της, με συνεχή συμμετοχή σε σεμινάρια και επιμορφώσεις, ενώ βρίσκεται σε συνεργασία με ένα δίκτυο συναδέλφων - ειδικών ψυχικής υγείας (συμβούλων, ψυχολόγων, ψυχιάτρων), με σκοπό την βέλτιστη αντιμετώπιση απαιτητικών περιστατικών.
