Myrto Papadaki is a Mental Health Counselor with four years of training in the Person-Centered and Non-Directive Interventional (NDI) approach, creating a safe space where each individual can express themselves authentically and connect with their inner self.
She has been trained in Transpersonal Psychology (Holotropic Breathwork), as well as in energy healing, integrating experiential practices into her work that support deeper self-awareness and internal processes.
In the therapeutic process, she also brings experience from art, visual communication, and elements of art therapy, as well as breathwork, inviting a more embodied and creative connection with the experience.
She perceives the individual as a multidimensional being and approaches whatever emerges within the therapeutic relationship on psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels with respect and sensitivity.
She is a co-trainer in the annual Multidimensional Embodiment postgraduate program in Crete.
She works both individually and with groups, in-person and online, and facilitates in-person individual and group Holotropic Breathwork sessions.
