Η θεωρητική προσέγγιση που ακολουθεί είναι συνθετική. Δηλαδή, περιλαμβάνονται:

Γνωσιακή και συμπεριφορική, για αναγνώριση και τροποποίηση του σκεπτικού και της συμπεριφοράς που δείχνουν αδιέξοδα.

Ψυχοδυναμική, για ιχνηλάτηση του παρελθόντος (πρώιμες παιδικές εμπειρίες) που έχουν διαμορφώσει ένα μοντέλο λειτουργίας του ατόμου.

Υπαρξιακή, η έμφαση δίνεται σε αυτό που επιλέγει να κάνει το άτομο στο παρόν και επηρεάζει τις σχέσεις του (στις ομάδες ακολουθείται μόνο η συγκεκριμένη προσέγγιση).

Κυριαρχούσα αποτελεί η ανθρωποκεντρική θεώρηση, η έμφαση, δηλαδή, δίνεται πρώτα στον άνθρωπο και μετά στο πρόβλημά του. Η πίστη ότι όλοι κατέχουν θετικές πλευρές και ένα δυναμικό διαθέσιμο για ανάπτυξη και υπέρβαση των δυσκολιών της ζωής.

Εκμάθηση τεχνικών χαλάρωσης

Τα σεμινάρια βιωματικής εκπαίδευσης στις βασικές αρχές ρύθμισης της αναπνοής και των τεχνικών χαλάρωσης συνεχίζονται με επιτυχία. Πλήθος ερευνών επιβεβαιώνουν την αξία των τεχνικών χαλάρωσης για τον κατευνασμό του αυτόνομου νευρικού συστήματος. Συστήνεται ως συμπληρωματική θεραπευτική τεχνική για τη διαχείριση του άγχους. 

1ο μέρος: 13/12/24, 19:00-20:00 βιωματική εκπαίδευση στις βασικές αρχές ρύθμισης της αναπνοής και των τεχνικών χαλάρωσης. Εφόσον, μείνετε ευχαριστημένοι, μπορείτε να συμμετάσχετε στο 2ο μέρος: 20/12/24, 19:00-20:00 τεχνικές βαθύτερης χαλάρωσης και θετικού οραματισμού.

Αν και δεν είχα προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ψυχολόγο με έκανε να αισθανθώ άνετα, να ανοιχτώ και να σκεφτώ πως θα υπάρξει θετικό αποτέλεσμα για την περίπτωσή μου. Στην 1η ερώτηση του ερωτηματολογίου αξιολόγησης έβαλα 8 επειδή ήταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη και δεν είχε το χρόνο για διεξοδικότερη διερεύνηση.
