Μετά από σπουδές στο Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ), ακολούθησε τριετή εκπαίδευση στην Συνθετική Συμβουλευτική και έπειτα τετραετή εκπαίδευση στη Συνθετική Ψυχοθεραπεία, δίνοντας έμφαση στο προσωποκεντρικό και υπαρξιακό μοντέλο θεραπείας. Μετά το πέρας των σπουδών του, παρακολούθησε πλήθος σεμιναρίων (“Εθισμοί και Εξαρτήσεις”, “Διατροφικές Διαταραχές”, “Πένθος”, “Κατάθλιψη”, “Ερμηνεία Ονείρων”). Έχοντας ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στο τραύμα, στην κακοποίηση, στις ψυχοσωματικές παθήσεις και στη σύνδεση μεταξύ της ψυχολογίας και του σώματος, ακολούθησε τριετή εκπαίδευση στο Kingston University of London στην Κινέζικη Ιατρική. Καθ’ όλο το διάστημα των σπουδών του στην Αγγλία, ήταν μέλος του UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), διατηρούσε ιδιωτική κλινική και αρθρογραφούσε σε αγγλόφωνα περιοδικά με θέμα την ψυχική υγεία. Εργάζεται ως κλινικός ιδιωτικά επί έντεκα έτη και έχει εργαστεί εθελοντικά επί τέσσερα συναπτά έτη σε δίκτυο κοινωνικής αλληλεγγύης και ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης. Είναι μέλος της European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) και της Εθνικής Εταιρείας Ψυχοθεραπείας Ελλάδος (ΕΕΨΕ).

I felt very comfortable from the beginning. As an expat it's great to find a therapist that can fully understand you without a language barrier. It's good to know they're qualified and have experience with British people, regarding not only the language but also the culture. Their point of view is holistic which is exactly what I need to gain a better understanding as far as it concerns the connection between body and mind. Would definitely recommend!!
