Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο πανεπιστήμιο του Reading στην Αγγλίας όπου ολοκλήρωσε το μεταπτυχιακό της πάνω στις Νευροεπιστημες του λόγου (ΜSc Neuroscience of language). Τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια δουλεύει με παιδιά με αναπτυξιακές διαταραχές με κύρια ειδίκευση πάνω στον αυτισμό. Υπήρξε ενεργό μέλος της ομάδας ειδικού ενδιαφέροντος για τον αυτισμό του Συλλόγου Επιστημόνων Λογοπαθολόγων Λογοθεραπευτών.
