Filippidou Hara is a life coach with a private office in Maroussi. She is a graduate of the American College of Greece, majoring in Social Psychology and The London School of Economics and Political Science, with a double Master's degree in Social Policy and Communication. She also graduated with a Diploma in Human Behavior from the Universidad Iberoamericana - Mexico City. She has worked for many years in Greece and abroad as a Corporate HR Consultant & Trainer and 12 years ago she left the business world and turned her hobby into a profession because she felt the need to help people through her work. Since 2006 she has been making sweets for people with allergies and food intolerances as a creative hobby. In 2012 she graduated from the Chef D'Ouvre school with a diploma in Pastry and dedicated herself to creating sweets for people who could not afford sweets because of their allergies. Through conversations with clients he discovered that behind many allergies were other deeper mental health issues. To further help her clients, she became certified as an ICF Life & Executive Coach. In 2012 she was in India, where she stayed in an ashram and was introduced to various practices and became certified as a Somatic Therapist & Pranic Healer. Her coach certifications are for people who are experiencing major and difficult transitions in their lives and are feeling uncertainty, anxiety or want to feel fulfillment and joy. Through her years of experience in HR, her personal experience of career change in her own life, and her Executive Coach certification, she guides people who want to change careers and are struggling to decide what they want to do or what is the best next step for them. She also has many years of experience in anger management, which has been a personal challenge for her. She has attended many seminars, webinars and online courses and keeps up with all the developments in the field of mental health and human development. Finally, she recently started a podcast called The Story behind the Glory, which can be heard on Spotify, Apple podcasts and YouTube. Her goal is to inspire and empower the audience so that everyone can follow their path and pursue their dreams, as well as talk about some very important topics that are not usually discussed in the media.
