Eleni Liakou is a Person-Centered Psychotherapist, Parent Trainer, and Organizational Psychologist, with a private practice in Glyfada. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where each individual can freely express themselves, gain deep self-understanding, and move towards meaningful changes in their life.
She conducts individual psychotherapy sessions for adults, addressing issues such as anxiety and stress, self-esteem and self-image, relationship difficulties, parenting, loss and grief, and infertility.
Through the therapeutic relationship, she accompanies clients with respect and authenticity, helping them discover their inner strengths and live with greater balance and fulfillment.
Additionally, she trains groups of parents through the Gordon Effective Parenting Workshops, assisting them in communicating effectively with their children, setting boundaries without punishment, and building a stable and healthy relationship of trust.
She holds two Master’s degrees (MSc), in Person-Centered Psychotherapy (University of Central Lancashire, ICPS College) and Organizational Psychology (Panteion University), as well as a degree in Educational Studies. She has attended various seminars and professional development courses in her field and is passionate about lifelong learning.
