Τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια ασχολούμαι με την επιστήμη της Διατροφής και της Διαιτολογίας, όσο εμπλουτίζω τις γνώσεις μου και τις εφαρμόζω τόσο πιο σίγουρη είμαι για την επιλογή μου αυτή. Το 2014 αποφοίτησα από το Τμήμα Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας (Καρδίτσα) έχοντας κάνει την 6μηνη πρακτική μου στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λάρισας. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσα το Master για τις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και την Παχυσαρκία. Καθώς η επιστήμη της Διατροφής και της Διαιτολογίας είναι μια συνεχώς εξελισσόμενη επιστήμη, θέλησα να προχωρήσω σε Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στον τομέα της Μοριακής Διατροφής (η οποία επικεντρώνεται και εξετάζει τις αλληλεπιδράσεις μεταξύ των γονιδίων μας, των διατροφικών συνηθειών μας και της κατάστασης της υγείας μας). Το 2017 ολοκλήρωσα το Μεταπτυχιακό μου, στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο. Την ίδια χρονιά είχα τη χαρά να είμαι υπότροφος του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος ΜAST4HEALTH Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (σε συνεργασία με το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο) για να εργαστώ ερευνητικά, στην Ισπανία και στη Γαλλία. Το 2019 ξεκίνησα να εργάζομαι ενεργά ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος, σε συνεργασία με μεγάλο διαιτολογικό κέντρο. Ενώ το 2023 άνοιξα το δικό μου Πρότυπο Κέντρο Διατροφικής εκπαίδευσης & μεταβολικής ρύθμισης στην Καλλιθέα της Αττικής όπου παρακολουθώ περιστατικά δια ζώσης ή και online.

Η καλύτερη διαιτολόγος που έχουμε επισκεφθεί. Έχοντας προσπαθήσει χρόνια δίαιτες και έχοντας αλλάξει αρκετούς διαιτολόγους, κανένας δεν ασχολήθηκε τόσο πολύ και σε τόσο βάθος όσο η συγκεκριμένη. Ευγενική, χαμογελαστή Την κατάρτιση της και τις γνώσεις της δε μπορώ να τις κρίνω, αλλά από την κουβέντα μας και μόνο φαίνεται ότι είναι μια σκάλα παραπάνω από όλους τους υπόλοιπους.

Με άριστα το 10 θα έβαζα ανεπιφύλακτα 10… Όντως με πλησίασε με σεβασμό και ευαισθησία, με ευγένεια και με τις σαφέστατες εξηγήσεις της, αύξησε την αποφασιστικότητά μου να αγωνιστώ για το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα για την υγεία μου… Την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα…..
