Ο Αγγειοχειρουργός Dr. Μπαζίγος Γεράσιμος είναι Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στις Αχαρνές και την Ραφήνα. Αποφοίτησε το 2000 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου «BRESCIA» της Ιταλίας με γενικό βαθμό πτυχίου «Άριστα». Από το 2012 είναι κάτοχος Διακρατικού Μεταπτυχιακού Τίτλου σπουδών (ΜSc) με βαθμό «Άριστα», με αντικείμενο στις «Ενδαγγειακές Τεχνικές» στην Αγγειοχειρουργική, της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών» και του «Πανεπιστημίου Bicocca» του Μιλάνο. Από το 2015 είναι κάτοχος διδακτορικού μετά την υποβολή της διδακτορικής του διατριβής (PhD) με τίτλο: «Επίδραση αντιοξειδωτικών και αντιφλεγμονωδών ουσιών και συνδυασμός αυτών σε κατάσταση ισχαιμίας - επαναιμάτωσης άνω μεσεντερίου αρτηρίας, στους νεφρούς», της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Πειραματική μελέτη σε επίμυες η οποία αξιολογήθηκε με «Άριστα» και αναγόρευση σε διδάκτορα (Dr) της Ιατρικής σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Είναι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στα νοσοκομεία «ΕΥΓΕΝΙΔΕΙΟ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ», «HOSPITALITY CLINIC», «ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ» και «ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ». Έχει εξειδίκευση στην διαχείριση και θεραπεία της καρωτιδικής νόσου, των ανευρυσμάτων της κοιλιακής αορτής και της περιφερικής αρτηριοπάθειας των κάτω άκρων και στην χειρουργική των φλεβών και την αποκατάσταση τους, μετά από εμφάνιση κιρσών και ευρυαγγειών, τόσο με την κλασική όσο και την ενδαγγειακή χειρουργική. Από το 2013 δραστηριοποιείται στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Είναι πλήρες μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Αγγειοχειρουργικής Εταιρείας και πάρεδρο μέλος της Ελληνικής Αγγειοχειρουργικής Εταιρείας.

Ο Βασίλειος Παπαβασιλείου είναι Αγγειοχειρουργός, Διευθυντής του Αγγειοχειρουργικού Τμήματος του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Σισμανόγλειο – Αμαλία Φλέμιγκ, όπου ασκεί καθήκοντα επιστημονικού και διοικητικού υπευθύνου. Έχει πολυετή εμπειρία στο Εθνικό Σύστημα Υγείας, έχοντας υπηρετήσει σε όλες τις βαθμίδες του κλάδου των ιατρών ΕΣΥ, έως την εξέλιξή του στον βαθμό του Διευθυντή Αγγειοχειρουργικής. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος τίτλου ειδικότητας Αγγειοχειρουργικής. Η ειδίκευσή του πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Β’ Προπαιδευτική Χειρουργική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Λαϊκό», ενώ έχει διατελέσει έμμισθος και άμισθος επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της ίδιας κλινικής. Είναι διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με διδακτορική διατριβή στο αντικείμενο της αθηροσκλήρωσης, η οποία εκπονήθηκε σε συνεργασία πανεπιστημιακών χειρουργικών και ερευνητικών εργαστηρίων και βαθμολογήθηκε με άριστα. Έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στο εξωτερικό στην Πανεπιστημιακή Αγγειοχειρουργική Κλινική και στο Τμήμα Επεμβατικής Ακτινολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου του Λέστερ στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου εκπαιδεύτηκε τόσο στην κλασική αγγειοχειρουργική όσο και στις σύγχρονες ενδαγγειακές τεχνικές, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ενδαυλικής αντιμετώπισης ανευρυσμάτων κοιλιακής αορτής και των τεχνικών διαδερμικής και υποενδοθηλιακής αγγειοπλαστικής. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής του συμμετείχε ενεργά στο κλινικό, εκπαιδευτικό και ερευνητικό έργο των τμημάτων, ενώ το ερευνητικό του έργο οδήγησε σε σημαντικό αριθμό δημοσιεύσεων και ανακοινώσεων σε διεθνή συνέδρια. Έχει υπηρετήσει ως επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος αγγειοχειρουργικού τμήματος σε ιδιωτικό νοσοκομείο και έχει μακρά πορεία στο δημόσιο σύστημα υγείας, με διαδοχικές κρίσεις και εξελίξεις σε θέσεις Επιμελητή και Διευθυντή Αγγειοχειρουργικής. Διαθέτει άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας. Το επιστημονικό του έργο έχει αναγνωριστεί με πλήθος βραβείων και διακρίσεων από την Ελληνική Χειρουργική Εταιρεία και άλλους επιστημονικούς φορείς, καθώς και με υποτροφίες και εκπαιδευτικές χορηγίες από ελληνικές και ευρωπαϊκές επιστημονικές εταιρείες. Είναι μέλος πλήθους διεθνών επιστημονικών οργανισμών στον χώρο της αγγειολογίας, της αγγειοχειρουργικής και της χειρουργικής έρευνας. Διαθέτει σημαντικό συντακτικό έργο, συμμετέχοντας σε συντακτικές και συμβουλευτικές επιτροπές ελληνικών και διεθνών ιατρικών περιοδικών, καθώς και στην επιμέλεια ιατρικού βιβλίου. Έχει πολυετή συμμετοχή ως προσκεκλημένος ομιλητής, πρόεδρος συνεδριών, μέλος οργανωτικών επιτροπών και εκπαιδευτής σε μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Έχει διατελέσει εισηγητής και κριτής σε διαδικασίες επιλογής ιατρών του ΕΣΥ, μέλος εξεταστικών επιτροπών για τη χορήγηση τίτλου ειδικότητας Αγγειοχειρουργικής και κριτής εργασιών σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά. Το ερευνητικό και συγγραφικό του έργο περιλαμβάνει μεγάλο αριθμό δημοσιεύσεων σε διεθνή περιοδικά υψηλής απήχησης, ανακοινώσεων σε διεθνή και ελληνικά συνέδρια και δημοσιεύσεων στον ελληνικό επιστημονικό τύπο. Παράλληλα με το επιστημονικό του έργο, έχει αναπτύξει κοινωνική και πολιτιστική δράση, με προσφορά σε τοπικούς φορείς και αναγνώριση για την κοινωνική του συνεισφορά.

Makris Sotirios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains his private practice in Ilion. Following the completion of his specialty training, he served from 2008 to 2012 as a vascular surgery registrar at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Attica KAT, having performed a large number of limb revascularization procedures following injuries, as well as vascular surgical operations utilizing modern endovascular techniques. He holds an international postgraduate degree from Bicocca University Milan, specializing in contemporary endovascular techniques in Vascular Surgery. He underwent training in the use of vascular ultrasounds (vascular triplex) at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens and is certified by the Ministry of Health for their application in insured patients. He received further training in microsurgery and its applications in vascular surgery, specifically in vascular injuries due to trauma and sports injuries. He has participated in numerous vascular injury surgeries and limb revascularizations following partial or complete vessel transection. He has also completed advanced training in vascular surgery clinics in Germany and the Netherlands. He has participated in and presented scientific studies at conferences both in Greece and internationally, and has a significant body of written work with numerous publications in Greek and international scientific journals. He is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens.

Vascular Surgeon Poulakidas Dimitrios is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras. He worked as a rural service physician at the General Hospital of Sparta, at the rural clinic of Pyrgos Dyrrou, and at the Health Center of Areopoli. He trained in General Surgery at Evaggelismos Hospital. Subsequently, he continued his specialization in Vascular Surgery at Erythros Stavros and Sismanogleio Hospitals, obtaining his specialty title. He has received further training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Endovascular Techniques. The physician maintains a private clinic in Nea Smyrni and is an affiliate of Metropolitan and REA Hospitals.

Barbaressos Emmanouil MD, MSc, PhDc is a Vascular Surgeon with extensive experience in both traditional vascular and modern endovascular surgery. He maintains a private practice within the Top Meds Private Multiclinic in Nea Smyrni. He is a graduate of the University of Patras and completed his training at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he subsequently worked as an assistant vascular surgeon. He received further training in the United Kingdom at St. George’s University Hospital, covering trauma and aortic disease centers in Southwest London. As part of his concurrent teaching responsibilities, he was awarded the title of unpaid Clinical Lecturer by St George’s University of London. Upon returning to Greece, he worked as an assistant vascular surgeon at the University General Hospital of Patras. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Patras and holds two Master’s degrees. Ksiromeritis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhD is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with private practices in Ilisia and Cholargos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his specialty training in Vascular Surgery at the First Surgical Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Hospital "Laiko." Dr. Ksiromeritis received further training at the University of Munich as a specialized vascular surgeon at the Klinik für Gefäßchirurgie, Klinikum rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität München. Ksiromeritis Konstantinos specializes in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery - Treatment of Varicose Veins with Endovenous Laser. Dr. med. Galanis Nektarios is a Vascular Surgeon maintaining private vascular surgery clinics in Athens and Chalkida. He holds degrees in Medicine and Radiation Protection and is a Doctor of the Medical School of Ulm in Germany. He has been trained in vascular diagnostic ultrasound, endovascular techniques, and endovenous laser ablation techniques for varicose veins. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked for 18 consecutive years (2003-2020) in clinics abroad in Germany and Switzerland, and since March 2020, he has been professionally active in Greece.

The vascular surgeon has performed more than 4,500 procedures both abroad and in Greece.
