Markatis Fotis MD, PhD, FACS is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private practices in Peristeri and Glyfada. Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Rome (La Sapienza - Roma) and additional training in Vascular Ultrasound Imaging as well as Endovascular Surgery at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked as a Resident and Specialist Vascular Surgeon at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "IASO" group. Lampretsas Konstantinos is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD with a dissertation on the Morphology of the Carotid Plaque from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Ο Αγγειοχειρουργός Dr. Μπαζίγος Γεράσιμος είναι Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στις Αχαρνές και την Ραφήνα. He worked as a rural service physician at the General Hospital of Sparta, at the rural clinic of Pyrgos Dyrrou, and at the Health Center of Areopoli. He trained in General Surgery at Evaggelismos Hospital. Subsequently, he continued his specialization in Vascular Surgery at Erythros Stavros and Sismanogleio Hospitals, obtaining his specialty title. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.
