Καλησπέρα είμαι 34 ετών ήπιος καπνιστής 1,90 110 κιλά . Παρατηρώ ότι μόλις ξυπνήσω το πρωί στα 3-4 πρώτα λεπτά πως έχω αύξηση παλμών και μετά επανέρχεται στο φυσιολογικό 69-75. Επίσης κατά την ώρα του μπάνιου έχει φτάσει μέχρι και 130. Είναι φυσιολογικές αυτές οι τιμές ; Έχω επισκεφτεί καρδιολόγο πολλές φορές έχω κάνει τεστ κόπωσης και όλα τα βρήκε φυσιολογικά . Επίσης όταν ξαπλώνω έχω αίσθημα παλμών .

καλησπέρα, στο ξύπνημα είναι φυσιολογικό να υπάρχει αύξηση παλμών. Το 130 μπορεί να είναι φλεβοκομβική (φυσιολογική) ταχυκαρδία, μπορεί όμως να είναι και αρρυθμία (π.χ. κολπική ταχυκαρδία). Χρειάζεται χόλτερ για να καταγραφεί.

Όπως τα διαβάζω όλα είναι φυσιολογικά ή σχεδόν φυσιολογικά εκτός από τα κιλά σου που είναι αρκετά πάνω από το φυσιολογικό
